
Today I am in a remarkably happy mood,
so I thought I would share a few ways to remember to smile and laugh about things!

Yes, this can be a big fat giant waste of time, but when you have a chance to go for it you
won’t regret all of the laughing you’ll experience in the process!
Just search for “laughing babies” or “talking cats” and you will see what I mean. Once you get one video, it will be hard not to want more!

A good comedy. One of my favorite movies that make me laugh is The Sweetest Thing.
Taking the time to watch a movie to get a refreshing laugh in should be a doctor’s prescription or something. It cures most mood swings.


Spend time with a friend who makes you laugh out loud.
There are certain people in my life who I believe were put there for many reasons,
but some just make me LAUGH OUT LOUD every time I get to be with them.
Spending some quality laughing time with your friends is priceless.
In fact, I think I am going to make a giggle date with a friend right now.
Here are just a couple of my friends that make me laugh all of the time. I heart you Angie and Sarah!
