I met up with Laura and Nick at Great Bear, where we had fun walking the trails and enjoying the beautiful fall weather. I love finding out how two people met each other and what their love story is. Nick joined show choir to get close to Laura in middle school. He was only a member for one year, and by the end of the year he had won Laura’s heart. And now she said yes to being his wife! Goal accomplished – nice job Nick. He’s a lucky guy… look how gorgeous Laura is!

We stopped at a corn field on our way to a more urban area, and I’m glad we did because these corn fields aren’t going to last very much longer with winter coming so soon. October is my all-time favorite month, and it is very popular for engagement sessions because it is just before the cold and snow arrives. Not to mention the amazing weather and the breathtaking colors.

We drove to an area near downtown and found some neat spots…

I am really looking forward to seeing these two again on their wedding day, I had fun hanging out with them. They are so cute together and I am happy for them as they start the rest of their lives together!
