I admit, I have been terrible at keeping up with the blog posting! Andrew and Alicia deserved a post of their wedding day a long time ago. I am finally getting their images up to the blog. Hope I can get caught up with the recent sessions since their wedding day and be back on track during this busy wedding season soon!
Alicia and Andrew got married in the beautiful town of Leesburg, Virginia. My first “destination” wedding, this was an amazing experience for me. It was such a neat place to visit and had such historical beauty and was really a photographer’s dream. Andrew is in the military and is a professional photographer himself, so I really felt honored to be such a part of their day. Their ceremony took place at a quaint little church and their reception at the gorgeous Thomas Birkby House nearby. When I say nearby, I mean so close that they walked with me from the Birkby House, where they got ready, to the church for the ceremony. It was just such an awesome day and I am so very happy for them, and am so grateful that they chose me!
