I hadn’t met Britni or Brett yet when I showed up to Britni’s parent’s house for their engagement session. My first impression was Brett standing in the back yard with his top hat and suspenders. He introduced himself and explained that their wedding was going to be based on an eighteenth century vibe, so they decided to dress the part for their engagement pictures. I can’t express how much I LOVE when a client decides to really get creative and think about how to personalize their photos as much as possible. Britni came out with the perfect dress to compliment Brett’s look and I was excited to get started. We did their entire session at Britni’s parent’s house, which was complete with a white picket fence, a spacious backyard with a gazebo and a fun playhouse, and lots of green trees and country side surrounding it. I can’t wait to see what they have in store for their wedding!
