I feel so lucky to be able to be the photographer for Brittany and David’s wedding. They are both so much fun to hang out with, and we had a great time during their engagement session – part 1. They chose to do part of their photos in the fall, and another part in the snowy winter! David had accidentally driven by a big barn one day and immediately thought it would be a fantastic location for their pictures (go David!) I love when couples put some personal touches into their engagement session, although the loving and trusting relationship between two people is enough as it is to shine through the images 🙂 The barn was perfect! David proposed to Brittany when she least expected it – while doing laundry. Brittany really hates to do the laundry, especially WHITE laundry. David asked her to fold the whites and put them away and she promptly refused and started to walk out of the room. David then called for Brittany to come back and in his hand was a small black box. She screamed and jumped on him before he could even say anything, and then she happily said “Yes!”
